lyrics
Twilight under mountains, waves of eerie ardour,
We shall reap the flowers...dear, seal your tears
A song to remember that I've bled through chaos,
Lord of pure catharsis, brought upon a shield
Moonlight of tomorrow…
Memories of rain…
As the starlight fades, we fell out of favour,
Cursed to die like them, trapped by human nature,
Who are we, my dear,
What are we, for them...?
Timeless voice of sorrow, guide my final words,
Life is but the patience, sung by choirs of ravens,
We're the weeping angels, guarding our heaven,
Paragons of virtue, cursed to never surrender
Nothing but the skyline
Where the eagles reign
As the starlight fades, we fell out of favour,
Cursed to die like them, trapped by human nature,
Death has left me hollow, a withered field of echoes,
Past became the future, waves of cosmic dust
Who are we, my dear, what are we, for them...?
Where've you been, my dear, who are we today...?
Her lips, crimson flowers tainted with blood
Her eyes, a poet's tears of bleeding skies
My death, shall bring you silence
We are the twin-flame lovers, trapped within the hour,
Waiting for the gallows, sworn to die with honour,
We are the crimson spirits...fear the wrath of passion!
Hourglass of horrors, bring upon us justice!

The songs are partly liberating to the point of floating freely, partly atmospheric or also grounded. Sometimes even both, which excites me the most. Thank you for this masterpiece. <3 Horst Feldmann
Finnish death metallers leaven infernal dynamics with triumphant, infectious melodies, striking a compelling balance between grit and grace. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 25, 2023

Heike has a gorgeous voice. I regret she's not more daring in her technique and with the time, she's found a too-comfy frame. But ultimately, even if very repetitive, the rendering is excellent and unique. The instumentation only serves to enhance the melancholic blurry soundscapes she draws. it is nothing groundbreaking, but it definitley gently carries you away. Bertrand Marchal
